Michelle Nolland
Michelle has spent over 20 years in the Recreation, Aquatics, and sports sectors in a range of operational, leadership, strategic and executive roles, including Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer roles.
Michelle has managed some of Australia’s iconic aquatic and leisure centres and has partnered and built strong stakeholder relations with dozens of local councils. In her executive career, she has been responsible for a portfolio of 2,000+ staff, 100+sites, an asset value of $500+ million and annual turnovers of $50+ million.
Michelle co-founded LARCAN in 2022 because she saw many industry gaps that LARCAN could fulfill, namely operational advice in the design phase of new developments, improving operational efficiencies in existing facilities, and engaging more members of the community to participate in physical and leisure activities.
